Contrary to popular belief, we do not require our members to be present at 100% of our meeting. However, attendance is important and we appreciate when our members attend at least 60% of the meetings to remain active. Special circumstances do allow for members to request a leave of absence (maternity leave, surgeries, etc.).
Meeting make-up opportunities are also available. Members are encouraged to attend other Rotary club meetings to receive credit for those they've missed. Additionally, attending a local board meeting or working at club-sponsored events qualifies members for make-ups.

MEETING INFO With only a few exceptions, our regular Rotary meetings are held weekly at noon on Tuesdays at Michaels Restaurant and last one hour. In addition to lunch and a basic club business, each meeting features an informational speaker. We've learned about a vast number of topics this year - from immunizing against polio in Africa - to the details of our local Relay for Life event. The program topics are really endless! |
